Stretch wrapping solutions
Stretch film wrappers are typically designed for pallet wrapping, where an elastic plastic film is used to secure the products on the pallet before they are transported. In order to guarantee wrapping accuracy, packaging width and the amount of film consumption, it is necessary to select the right machine that is suitable for your operations. We guarantee that we will find a solution that meets your needs, which will ensure the efficiency and reliability of your packaging processes.
We offer: semi-automatic, automatic, disk, rotary, orbital devices and robots with mechanical, electromagnetic clamping and fixed, adjustable tension.
Semi-automatic, Automatic
Disc wrappers
Machines that have a rotating platform on which an object or a pallet is rotated and evenly covered with stretch wrap.
Semi-automatic machines are based on the simple loading, wrapping and unloading principle. The object or a pallet is loaded with a forklift on a platform and wrapped. An operator is required for this machine. The semi-automatic unit can wrap 20-30 loads per hour.
Automated machines make this process even easier. The added conveyor line sends the wrapped object further and automatically loads the next pallet/object waiting in line on the platform. Loaders can place products on the line and collect all when the packing process is complete. No operator is required. The automatic unit can wrap 30-40 loads per hour.
Semi-automatic, Automatic
Rotary packaging machines
The arm rotates around the object and wraps it with evenly stretched film. The wrapping principle of this device is particularly suitable for unstable loads that may fall during packaging. These devices can wrap up to 40 objects per hour.
Semi-automatic rotary devices require an operator who constantly loads a new object to be wrapped and replaces the used up film.
Fully automatic rotary devices are one of the most efficient devices that save money and time. The only thing that needs to be done mechanically is film replacement.
Semi-automatic, Automatic
Orbital packaging machines
Orbital, otherwise known as horizontal machines, are mainly designed for longer and wider object packaging. The wrapping process takes place inside the ring. Commonly used for packaging wood, doors, windows, textiles, pipes and such like.
Orbital packaging devices can be: semi-automatic and automatic, and can use one or two packaging materials. They can pack products of various sizes, as well as round, or even objects with a cavity in the middle (tires, coils of tubes or tubes).
Benefits of stretch wrap machines
Improper and inaccurate packaging processes often increase time, money and energy costs for companies. Packaging applied by hand involves the human factor, which often leads to inconsistencies and lower quality. Dedicated devices help to solve these issues.
Wrapped objects are firmly stood up and evenly wrapped, reducing the risk of products tipping over and being damaged, both during packaging and transportation processes.
Different types of equipment will suit each company’s individual packaging process. The amount of film used is lowered, money is saved and packaging speed and qualit is increased.
A higher amount of hand-packed products can lead to health problems for workers. Wrapping machines can reduce this or completely change an employee’s workplace.
